How do I pay?
- Cash on delivery — Dar es Salaam only. Pay the rider when it reaches you. Outside Dar es Salaam we ask for payment before we send it.

About this product
A mains powered Z-Wave siren that your hub can sound for any reason you choose: a door opened at night, a flood sensor that has tripped, smoke in the kitchen, or somebody at the gate.
It is loud. Aeotec rate it at up to 110 dB, and it flashes as well as sounds, so an alarm is hard to miss in a room where noise alone would be. 30 tones are built in and the one you want is chosen in the hub, along with the volume and how long it runs.
It plugs into a wall socket and carries a backup battery, so it keeps sounding if the power is cut. Add an Aeotec Button, sold separately, and the same siren doubles as a doorbell.
This is a Z-Wave device and it needs a Z-Wave hub. On its own it does nothing. The hub is what decides when it sounds.

Questions
Do I need a hub?
Yes. It speaks Z-Wave only, so a Z-Wave controller has to be on site to trigger it.
Will it still sound if the power goes off?
Yes. It has a backup battery for exactly that, which is the point of a mains siren that an intruder might try to switch off at the board.
Can I choose the sound?
Yes. There are 30 tones and you pick the one you want in the hub, which is also where volume and duration are set.
Can it be a doorbell as well?
Yes, paired with an Aeotec Button. The Button is sold separately.
How loud is 110 dB in practice?
Loud enough to be heard across a house and outside it. Fit it where you want it heard, not where it is convenient to reach.
