How do I pay?
- Cash on delivery — Dar es Salaam only. Pay the rider when it reaches you. Outside Dar es Salaam we ask for payment before we send it.
- Lipa number. M-Pesa, Mixx by Yas (Tigo Pesa), Airtel Money or Halopesa. Message us on WhatsApp and we will send you the number.
- Card — being set up. We are putting card payments in place now, including Apple Pay and Google Pay. Until that is live, please use cash on delivery or a Lipa number.

About this product
A complete alarm in one box: a HomeBase, a keypad, a motion sensor and two entry sensors. Nothing else is needed to cover a front door, a back door and a room.
The HomeBase is the brain and the siren. The entry sensors go on doors or windows, the motion sensor watches a room with 100 degree coverage, and the keypad arms and disarms on the wall the way a normal alarm panel does. Arming and disarming also work from the eufy Security app, from anywhere.
When a door opens or the motion sensor triggers while the system is armed, the base sounds and your phone is notified.
There is no monthly fee. The kit is bought once and the app is free. If you already run eufyCam cameras, the same HomeBase and the same app cover both, so the alarm and the cameras are one system rather than two.

Questions
Do I need anything else to make it work?
No. The base, the keypad and the three sensors are all in the box. You need mains power and Wi-Fi for the base.
Is there a monthly charge?
No. The app and the alerts are free with the kit.
Can I add more sensors later?
Yes. eufy sell entry sensors, motion sensors and keypads separately and they join the same HomeBase. Ask us what we have in stock.
Does it work with eufy cameras?
Yes. eufyCam cameras pair to the same HomeBase and appear in the same app alongside the alarm.
Where does the siren come from?
The HomeBase itself. Put it somewhere central and audible rather than tucked in a cupboard.
