A fridge or freezer door left slightly ajar leads to spoiled groceries and wasted electricity. The FRIDGGI Mini is a standalone, battery-powered door alarm designed to alert you before food thaws or cabinets warm up.
Progressive Escalation
Rather than sounding immediately, the FRIDGGI Mini gives a subtle confirmation beep when opened, followed by progressive reminders at set intervals if the door remains open. An initial alert sounds after 60 seconds, followed by longer reminder alerts at 2, 3, and 4 minutes. In loud mode, repeated pulses ensure the alert is heard across larger spaces until the door is closed.
Selectable Sound Levels
The unit features four distinct volume levels: low, medium, normal, and loud, ranging from 80 dB up to 110 dB. Users can choose between gentle chime notifications for quiet homes or loud siren alerts suitable for busy commercial kitchens and shops.
Peel and Stick Installation
Fitting requires no screws, drills, or wiring. The main alarm unit and mini magnetic sensor adhere to the appliance exterior using supplied double-sided tape. The alarm operates on three included LR44 alkaline button batteries, and soft periodic beeps warn you when the batteries are running low.

No. The FRIDGGI Mini is entirely standalone and does not require an app, Wi-Fi, or smart home hub.
Will the alarm sound every time I open the fridge?
A tiny confirmation beep sounds upon opening, but the main warning only starts if the door stays open for 60 seconds or longer.
Are the batteries included with the unit?
Yes, the FRIDGGI Mini comes with 3 x LR44 alkaline button cells included in the box.
Does the alarm mount inside the freezer?
No. Both the alarm unit and the magnetic sensor mount on the outside surface of the appliance door and frame using double-sided adhesive tape.
How do I know when the batteries need replacing?
