How do I pay?
- Cash on delivery — Dar es Salaam only. Pay the rider when it reaches you. Outside Dar es Salaam we ask for payment before we send it.

About this product
A Zigbee motion sensor on a rotating head. The ball turns in its base, so once the magnetic holder is on the wall or the ceiling you aim the lens exactly where you want it, across a 110 degree arc, and leave it. The holder is magnetic, so it lifts off in your hand to be re-aimed or moved.
When somebody or something passes, the app is told in real time and the movement is logged, so you get a record of when there was activity rather than only a notification you may have missed.
The point of putting it on the same app as everything else is what it can trigger. Motion at the gate can bring up a camera so you can look. Motion in the corridor at night can bring a lamp up dim through a smart switch. Motion in front of the television can wake the room.
Zigbee draws very little power, so the battery lasts, and it stays off your Wi-Fi. A Zigbee hub is required and is not included.

Questions
Do I need a hub?
Yes. It is a Zigbee device and a Zigbee hub has to be on site. We sell them.
How is this different from the other Zigbee PIR?
This one is the ball head in a round base with a 110 degree view. The other sits on a swivel stand and covers 170 degrees. Both need the same hub.
Can it turn a light on?
Yes, through the app, using any smart switch, bulb or socket on the same account.
Can it wake a camera?
It can trigger one in the app so the camera records or so the live view opens on your phone. The camera is sold separately.
Where should it go?
High, aimed across the space people walk through rather than straight down the approach. The rotating head makes fine aiming easy after it is fixed.
