How do I pay?
- Cash on delivery — Dar es Salaam only. Pay the rider when it reaches you. Outside Dar es Salaam we ask for payment before we send it.
- Lipa number. M-Pesa, Mixx by Yas (Tigo Pesa), Airtel Money or Halopesa. Message us on WhatsApp and we will send you the number.
- Card — being set up. We are putting card payments in place now, including Apple Pay and Google Pay. Until that is live, please use cash on delivery or a Lipa number.

About this product
A siren, a strobe and a temperature and humidity sensor in one round white unit that joins 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi directly. No hub and no gateway.
It is the noise your other sensors do not make. Door sensors and motion sensors send a quiet notification to a phone that may be in another room. Link them to this in the app and the house hears about it instead: 100 dB and a flashing strobe, with 18 tones to choose from.
The temperature and humidity sensor is not decoration. Set a safe range in the app and it will sound on its own when the room goes outside it, even with the network down. For a server room, a store, a cold room or a nursery, that is the whole point.
It runs from the included USB cable, with a backup battery slot so it keeps working through a power cut. It answers to Alexa and Google Assistant.

Questions
Do I need a hub?
No. It joins your 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi on its own.
Can my door sensor set it off?
Yes, if the door sensor is in the same Smart Life account. You link them with an automation and the siren becomes the noise for every sensor you own.
Will it sound if the internet is down?
The temperature and humidity alarm works on its own without the network. An alarm triggered by another device does need the two to be able to talk.
What is the temperature alarm for?
A cold room, a server cupboard, a store or a nursery. You set the safe range and it tells you loudly when the room leaves it.
Are the backup batteries included?
No. The USB cable is included, the batteries are not.
