How do I pay?
- Cash on delivery — Dar es Salaam only. Pay the rider when it reaches you. Outside Dar es Salaam we ask for payment before we send it.
- Lipa number. M-Pesa, Mixx by Yas (Tigo Pesa), Airtel Money or Halopesa. Message us on WhatsApp and we will send you the number.

About this product
A motion sensor that joins 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi directly, with no hub and no gateway. It watches a 110 degree arc and pushes an alert to your phone the moment something moves in it.
The mount is the good part. The sensor sits on a magnetic ball, so it clicks onto the bracket anywhere in the room and is aimed by hand in a second. A corner, a shelf, the top of a door frame, a steel beam. No screws needed if there is steel to hold it.
It runs on a single CR123A cell and detects out to 7 metres. It has two ways of being used. In automation mode it triggers other devices in the app, so a light comes on when somebody walks in. In security mode it alerts you instead.
After an alarm it sleeps for 60 seconds before it will trigger again, which stops one person walking back and forth from filling your phone with notifications and saves the battery.

Questions
Do I need a hub?
No. It joins your 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi on its own.
Does it work with Alexa or Google?
The sources disagree. The retail listing for this sensor says Alexa and Google Assistant; the supplier sheet we were given says they are not supported. It certainly works inside the Smart Life app and can trigger other devices there. Ask us before you order if voice control is the reason you are buying it.
Can it switch a light on?
Yes, through the app, using any other Smart Life device as the thing being switched. That is what automation mode is for.
How is it mounted?
A magnetic ball joint. It clicks onto the bracket and you aim it by hand. The bracket sticks or screws to the wall.
Why does it not alert every time somebody moves?
It sleeps for 60 seconds after an alarm on purpose, so one person walking about does not fill your phone with notifications or flatten the battery.
