How do I pay?
- Cash on delivery — Dar es Salaam only. Pay the rider when it reaches you. Outside Dar es Salaam we ask for payment before we send it.
- Lipa number. M-Pesa, Mixx by Yas (Tigo Pesa), Airtel Money or Halopesa. Message us on WhatsApp and we will send you the number.

About this product
A mortise lock with a lever handle that opens five ways: fingerprint, code, card, key and the Tuya app. The reader sits in the ring at the base of the handle, so the hand that opens the door is already on it.
It is a Wi-Fi lock. The app tells you who came in and when, and a code can be sent to somebody standing at the door while you are somewhere else. A temporary code for a cleaner, a guest or a delivery expires on its own.
The keypad accepts a virtual password: type a string of random digits with your real code buried inside it and the door opens, so somebody watching over your shoulder learns nothing.
Four AA cells run it for about a year. If they do go flat, a power bank on the micro USB port under the panel gets you in, and two mechanical keys come in the box.

Which finishes can I get?
QLeung make it in black, silver and red bronze. Black is what we photograph. Ask us what is in stock before you order a particular finish.
Will it fit my door?
It suits doors 38 to 55 mm thick and takes the 5050 standard mortise. Measure the thickness and the existing mortise before ordering, and send us the numbers if you are not sure.
Do I need a hub?
No. It joins your Wi-Fi directly and works in the Tuya or Smart Life app.
What happens if the batteries die?
Plug a power bank into the micro USB port under the outside panel and it wakes up long enough to let you in. Two mechanical keys are also supplied.
Can I give someone a code that stops working?
Yes. Temporary and timed codes are set in the app, which is the point of it for a rented flat or a house with staff.
