The mist is ultrasonic and cool, so there is no heating element and nothing to burn. That is what makes it safe to leave on a bedside table overnight.

Seven colours, and using it as a lamp

The LED ring runs seven colours with adjustable brightness, either holding one shade or cycling slowly through them. Against the gloss black shell the colours read more strongly than they do through wood-grain, which is worth knowing if the light is half the reason you are buying it.
