About this product
A WiFi touch switch 3 gang in tempered glass that replaces the light switch on your wall and puts three circuits on your phone. No hub, no gateway: it joins your Wi-Fi on its own and appears in the Smart Life app.

There is no mechanism in a touch panel, so there is nothing to wear out and nothing to snap.
Where a WiFi touch switch 3 gang usually goes
An entrance hall or a corridor, where three circuits genuinely meet at one point: the passage light, the outside light and the sitting room. Or a large room with the ceiling lights, the wall lights and a lamp circuit all switched from the door. Three gang plates are less common than one and two, so check the existing plate has three buttons before ordering; people frequently count lamps rather than buttons.
Three circuits, three sets of rules
Each gang is a separate device in the Smart Life app. So the outside light can run dusk to dawn on its own schedule, the passage light can come on with a motion sensor elsewhere in the house, and the third can simply be a switch. That independence is the argument for a smart plate here rather than one smart bulb: the plate controls whatever is on the circuit, including fittings that will never take a smart lamp.
The one tap that people actually use
All three off. On an entrance hall plate, a scene that puts the whole ground floor out as you leave, or as you go up to bed, is the rule that gets used every single day. Everything else on the page is a feature; this is the one that changes a habit.
The wiring, before you buy
A neutral at the back box is required, because the switch stays powered even with all three circuits off. Older wiring in this city often runs only the live and the switched live up to the plate. Have your electrician open it and look before you order, because a three gang plate is not a cheap thing to buy twice.
What to send us
A photograph of the existing plate with the cover off, and a count of the buttons. That tells us the gang count and whether the neutral is there, which is everything we need to confirm the fit.

Questions
Do I need a hub?
No. It joins your 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi on its own and works in the Smart Life or Tuya app.
Do I need a neutral wire?
Yes, and this is the question to settle before you order. Many older switch boxes here have only the live and the switched live. Ask your electrician to open the plate and look.
Will it work if the internet goes down?
The touch panel still switches the lights. The app and the voice control need the connection.
Can somebody else in the house control it?
Yes. Share the device in the app and every account you share it with gets the same control.
Who fits it?
A licensed electrician. It replaces the existing switch in the wall box and is wired to mains.
