Four-Switch Capacitive Glass Touch Panel
The JR Automation Technology Neon Series touch panel integrates four capacitive touch switches onto a compact 2M modular wall plate. Built for retrofit electrical installations, the panel mounts in place of conventional switches to control lighting circuits and residential appliances.
Electrical Capacity and Controls
The unit operates on an input voltage of 220-250V with an overall rated current of 16A. Each of the four individual channels controls connected loads of up to 1600W. The switches feature integrated red and blue LED backlighting designed to adjust its propagation based on day and night light intensity. In addition to direct appliance switching, each button can be configured as a scenario switch to trigger multi-device automation scenes.
Wireless Communication and Setup Requirements
Wireless communication is powered by a 700 series Z-Wave chip operating on the Z-Wave IN frequency, supporting wireless transmission ranges of up to 150 metres. Operating the panel within an automation system requires a compatible Z-Wave hub or controller, which is not included. Installation requires a standard 2-module back box and mains wiring to be completed by a qualified electrician.
