How do I pay?
- Cash on delivery — Dar es Salaam only. Pay the rider when it reaches you. Outside Dar es Salaam we ask for payment before we send it.

About this product
A slim mortise handle lock for an ordinary door. The fingerprint reader sits in the handle itself, the panel above it is a tempered glass touchscreen, and a mechanical key comes in the box for the day everything else fails.
There are five ways in: fingerprint, code, IC card, the Tuya app and a key. It joins your Wi-Fi directly, so there is no gateway to buy, and the app is what makes it worth more than an ordinary keypad lock. Send a code that only works on Saturday afternoon, open the door for a delivery while you are at the office, and read back who came in and when. It holds 300 users, nine of them administrators.
Fingerprints read at any angle and match in 0.6 seconds. There is a doorbell button on the outside panel, and if the batteries go flat while you are out, a power bank on the panel's USB Type-C port gets you in.
Two measurements decide whether it fits. The door must be 38 to 55 mm thick and it takes a 5050 mortise, 22 x 160 mm. It works on left-handed and right-handed doors. Black is what we stock, and red bronze is available to order.

Questions
Will it fit my door?
The door needs to be 38 to 55 mm thick and take a 5050 mortise, 22 x 160 mm. It works either handed, so a left or right door is fine. Send us a photo of your door edge on WhatsApp and we will confirm before you order.
Do I need a hub or a gateway?
No. This one has Wi-Fi built in and joins your router directly, then appears in the Tuya app. Remote unlocking and access records work out of the box.
Can I give someone a code for one day only?
Yes. Temporary codes are made in the app and expire when you say. That is the usual reason people buy this rather than a plain keypad lock: the cleaner, the landlord's agent or a guest gets a code that stops working on its own.
What happens if the batteries die while I am out?
Hold a power bank on the USB Type-C port on the outside panel and the lock wakes up long enough to let you in. There are mechanical keys in the box as well. The lock warns you well before it gets that far.
What finishes can I get?
Black is what we hold. The factory also makes it in red bronze, which we can order in. Ask us for the lead time before you pay.
