How do I pay?
- Cash on delivery — Dar es Salaam only. Pay the rider when it reaches you. Outside Dar es Salaam we ask for payment before we send it.
- Lipa number. M-Pesa, Mixx by Yas (Tigo Pesa), Airtel Money or Halopesa. Message us on WhatsApp and we will send you the number.

About this product
The most capable lock in the shop. A full height push-pull entrance lock that opens on your face, and a video intercom on the same panel: somebody presses the bell, you see and talk to them through the Tuya app or on the screen fitted to the inside of your own door, and you let them in without going near it.
The face reader is 3D, not a camera comparing flat pictures, so a photograph on a phone does not open it. There are six ways in altogether: face, fingerprint, code, IC card, the app and a mechanical key.
Wi-Fi is built in, so there is no gateway to buy. From the app you can unlock the door, watch the camera whenever you like rather than only when the bell rings, hand out temporary codes and read the record of every entry. It holds 300 users, nine of them administrators. The fingerprint sensor is 500 DPI and matches in 0.6 seconds.
Power is a rechargeable 5,000 mAh lithium battery, the largest of any lock here, with a USB Type-C port for a power bank. The cylinder is Grade C. It fits doors 40 to 120 mm thick on a 6068 mortise, 24 x 240 mm. Black is what we stock, and red bronze is available to order.

Questions
Can somebody open it with a photograph of my face?
No. The reader is 3D, so it reads the shape of a face rather than comparing flat pictures. A photo held up on a phone is not a face as far as this lock is concerned.
What is the screen on the inside for?
It is the other half of the intercom. When the bell rings you can see and speak to whoever is outside from inside the house, without opening the door and without reaching for your phone. The same view is in the Tuya app when you are away.
How is this different from the S937 Max?
Both are 3D face locks on the same door sizes. The S937 has a 2 MP camera and runs on Tuya, Usmart Go or Xhome. This one has a 1 MP camera, a bigger 5,000 mAh battery and is written for Tuya. If you are choosing between them, tell us which app you want to live in and we will point you at the right one.
Will it fit my door?
It takes doors 40 to 120 mm thick on a 6068 mortise, 24 x 240 mm. Other mortise sizes can be ordered. Send us a photo of your door edge and the existing lock on WhatsApp and we will confirm before you order.
How do I charge it?
The battery is a rechargeable 5,000 mAh lithium pack, the biggest in any lock we sell. If it does run down while you are out, a power bank on the USB Type-C port lets you in, and mechanical keys come in the box.
