• We deliver anywhere in Tanzania using EMS / Bus Transport at an additional cost of 20,000 TZS per total order.

If the box has not been opened, you can bring it back within 7 days and we will refund you. If the product is faulty or dead on arrival, tell us within 3 days of delivery and we will replace it. Once the box has been opened and the product is working, we do not refund it.

We do not offer a warranty of our own. Where the manufacturer runs one, we raise the claim with them for you at no charge, and a replacement is handed over once they accept the claim and send the unit to us. Full details are in our Refund and Returns Policy.
